Self-Proclaimed Alaskan Ethics Diva Andree McLeod Continues Stalking Sarah Palin, Files Her Fifth Ethics Complaint Against The Governor

This has happened so often that the Anchorage Daily News didn't consider it newsworthy at first, although they belatedly published a story HERE. But KTUU Channel 2, the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner, and Conservatives4Palin all report that on Monday July 13th, 2009, self-appointed ethics watchdog Andree McLeod has filed another ethics complaint against Governor Sarah Palin.

Details are sketchy, but McLeod alleges Governor Palin abused her office by accepting a salary and used state staff while campaigning as the Republican vice presidential candidate last year. This is the fifth ethics complaint filed against Governor Palin by McLeod. Here are a list of the previous four in inverse chronological order, with pertinent links:

---- Disposition: The Personnel Board found this complaint unsubstantiated; details HERE. Complaint dismissed.

The complete list of all ethics complaints against Governor Palin is posted HERE.

This clearly goes far beyond any legitimate concern for ethics. Andree McLeod has become pathologically obsessed with Governor Palin to the point of using the ethics complaint system to stalk her politically. It is actually time to question McLeod's mental stability; a previous post about McLeod provides some insight as to how she became so politically obsessed.

  1. I read somewhere that McLeod has vowed to continue filing these "ethics" complaints even after Palin leaves office.

  2. I don't see how they could file ethics complaints against her after she leaves office, unless it's about an issue that occurred while she was in office.

If they do file complaints against Palin after she leaves office, then that would be proof positive that they're using the process merely to get her.

  4. I think that Andree McLeod or Shanynn Moore should file an ethics charge for "engaging in commericial fishing, while holding the job of a Governor (July 6th, 2009) and must check to see if she and her parents the Heaths paid the special $350 per person to visit the McNeil River Reserve.

  5. When are you people in Alaska going to do someting about NcLeod? She obviously has an axe to grind and she should be stopped. She should pay the state for the money she has used for her grudge.
