Alaska 2008 State General Election - Consolidated List Of Alaskan Candidates For Federal Office

This will be a "static" post listing candidates for Federal office which will appear on the Alaska ballot in the upcoming November 4th, 2008 general election. This will be similar in concept to the static post I published for the Alaska primary election candidates earlier this year. It's designed to facilitate tracking of all candidates' websites, as well as special interest "report card" links on incumbents. This will also include all Presidential candidates who will appear on the ballot. I will also include links to those who might likely be of interest as "write-in" candidates.

Alaska requires a voter to be registered at least 30 days before any election in order to vote in a given election. Since the 2008 general election will be held on November 4th, this means the effective registration deadline is Friday October 3rd (October 4th falls on a weekend). More information about registration available HERE.
